University of Economics and Innovation in Lublin is looking for a guest lecturers to provide high-quality training to our academic and management staff. The face-to-face training will take no longer than 3 days (18 hours) in the academic year of 2021/2022  in WSEI’s headquarters (in case of the COVID -19 restriction – in the online mode).

 The purpose of this activities is to organize trainings for WSEI staff according to the  following topic:

DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RECOURSES OF UNIVERSITY

• • competency assessment and monitoring
  • professional career development
  • trainings and in-house trainers
  • measurement of human capital

During the training Power Point presentations and other supporting materials shall be used while delivering the lecturers. Training is organized as part of European Social Found project.
