University of Economics and Innovation in Lublin is looking for a guest lecturers to provide high-quality training to our academic and management staff. The face-to-face training will take no longer than 3 days (18 hours) at the end of May/June 2021 in WSEI headquarters (in case of the COVID -19 restriction – in the online mode).

 The purpose of this activities is to organize trainings for WSEI staff according to the  following topics:

1. SMART UNIVERSITY
   • definition and scope of SMART UNIVERSITY
   • innovation vs sustainable development
   • social participation in management of university
   • inspirations – good practices, exapmles of effecive implemementation
   • building of the SMART UNIVERSITY strategy

2. UNIVERSITY AS EFFECTIVE STRUCTURE
   • matrix management
   • process management
   • effecive communication
   • building an optimal structure

3. DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RECOURSES OF UNIVERSITY
   • competency assessment and monitoring
   • professional career development
   • trainings and in-house trainers
   • measurement of human capital

During the training Power Point presentations and other supporting materials shall be used while delivering the lecturers. Training is organized as part of European Social Found project.
